Returns and Exchanges

| that's why we offer a return/exchange policy. |
| -Credit to credit cards |
| -Paypal accounts credited |
| -Money order or personal check with Organic Caboose business check. |
- Please remember if you are sending an item(s) back for exchange, include postage for the new item(s).
- Organic Caboose will not be responsible for returned products that have been lost or damaged during shipping.
- It is recommended that returned items should be sent U.S. Mail or UPS insured.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restock fee. There is no restock fee for an exchange.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
- Returns will not be accepted without a copy of the original sales receipt.
- Any product returned to Organic Caboose in a non-sellable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
- Please remember to call us toll free or email us for a return authorization number before returning any items.
