Returns and Exchanges 

• Please call us toll free: 866.417.4949 or email us:  [email protected]  for a return authorization number before returning any items. 

• We will happily refund or exchange any item that is unwashed, unworn and undamaged (NO fragrance, cigarette smoke, dirt, rips or tears, etc.) preferably with tags still attached.
• Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility unless we made an error on the order.
• Refunds will be credited in the manner of the original purchase:

• Please remember if you are sending an item(s) back for exchange, include postage for the new item(s).
• Organic Caboose will not be responsible for returned products that have been lost or damaged during shipping.
• It is recommended that returned items should be sent U.S. Mail or UPS insured. 
• Returns are subject to a 10% restock fee.  There is no restock fee for an exchange. 
• No returns will be accepted after 30 days. 
• Returns will not be accepted without a copy of the original sales receipt.
• Any product returned to Organic Caboose in a non-sellable condition will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
