Shipping Information     

• We usually ship in-stock items within 24-48 hours after receiving the order, excluding holidays and weekends.

• We will send you an email if the item is out-of-stock.

• We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.
• USPS will be shipped Priority Mail.
• We offer shipping to all United States addresses and abroad with U.S. military addresses. 
• We can expedite shipping, please add an additional $20.00 to the order total for additional shipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Shipment

• Lost shipments are subject to verification.

• In the event that you believe your purchase has been lost during shipment, please contact Organic Caboose as soon as possible to expedite a claim with USPS, UPS or FEDEX. 

• In the event that your package sustained damage during shipment, please contact Organic Caboose as soon as possible to expedite a claim with USPS or UPS. 

International Shipping 

• We ship internationally.  Shipping rates vary depending on destination.

• We ship all in-stock items in a timely manner.  If an item is not in-stock, we will email you with a time frame for the expected ship date. 

• We reserve the right to choose the most economical shipping carrier per package size.  We utilize United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service.

• We will only charge the exact shipping rate plus a $2.50 handling fee. 

• We will notify you via email of the shipping rate prior to billing for shipping price approval.

• Any customs duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
